脱硫 / EGCS / DeSOx Scrubber

佩森船用脱硫系统，由佩森公司独立研发，已获得ABS, LR, CCS等认可证书。佩森船用脱硫系统是由佩森研发和技术团队设计研发，并已经获得了ABS、LR和CCS证书。

佩森船用脱硫塔系统为模块化设计，包含脱硫塔，喷淋系统，碱液系统，水处理系统，连续监测系统和控制系统，根据每艘船的不同要求要求量身定制，可同时用于U型和I型模型，可用于开式、闭式和混合式三种不同模式。

 POT DeSOx scrubber is designed by her own in-house R&D and technology and engineering team dedicated in scrubbers for ships,  which have obtained ABS, LR and  CCS certificate already.

POT DeSOx Scrubber consists of scrubber tower, spray system, NaOH system, water treatment system, Continuous monitoring systems and control system. Scrubbers will be tailored to suit each individual vessel, depending on her operational requirements. POT is capable for both the U-type and I-type models for Open Loop mode, Closed Loop mode and Hybrid modes, be single-stream or multi-stream.

开式系统 / Open Loop Mode  ▼

在开式系统中，海水被用来作为洗涤水清洗废气。海水通常呈碱性，PH值为7.8~8.3，海水中含有能中和H+的物质，如碳酸氢根、碳酸盐等，是海水对废气中SOX洗涤的物质基础，另外海水中还含有大量的可溶盐、硫酸盐等，这些可溶解盐，可与其酸式盐进行相互转换，所以海洋是一个具有天然碱度的巨大的酸碱平衡缓冲体。利用海水具有的天然碱度和酸碱缓冲能力吸收烟气中的SO2，并恢复脱硫后海水的PH值，既达到了烟气脱硫的目的，又满足了海水达标排放要求。 

开式系统适用范围

1. ECA控制排放区以外海域； 2. 其它区域的离岸200海里外，及公海海域 

Using the natural alkalinity and acid-base buffer capacity of seawater to absorb Sox in flue gas and restore the PH value of seawater after desulfurization, the purpose of flue gas desulfurization is achieved and the effluent discharged is monitored in compliance with IMO and VGP regulations.

闭式系统 / Closed Loop Mode  ▼

闭式循环的洗涤液体介质为海水或淡水，一般用于低碱性或淡水水域，通过在洗涤液体中添加高浓度碱液，完成对废气中SO2的洗涤，恢复脱硫后洗涤水的PH值，即达到了对废气中SOx洗涤的目的。本系统中的洗涤液体可循环使用，同时适用于排放要求比较高的海区，可满足零排放要求。本系统运行功率较开式系统小。

闭式系统适用范围 

1、ECA控制排放区以内海域；

2、或全海域 ；

The washwater medium is seawater or fresh water.

When this mode is applied, washed water is treated and recirculated, and NaOH of high concentration is  added to increase its buffering capacity and DeSOx neutralization. After this process, the wash water is recycled.

This mode is capable of meeting zero discharge requirement.

混合系统 / Hybrid Mode  ▼

混合系统同时包含开式和闭式系统，在混合系统中可以对两种模式进行相互切换，两种系统模式的应用取决于海水碱度、排放限制等条件。在开放海域航行时， 该系统通常在开环模式下运行以减少钠碱和洗涤水的消耗。当靠港或进入排放控制区时，该系统通常在闭环模式下运行。

This mode allows vessel to operate in both open loop mode and closed loop mode. Hybrid mode offers the flexibility to switch between open loop mode and closed loop mode in different sea areas, and meets operational requirements, so as to achieve complementary purposes, and cost savings when applied to all sea areas.
