玻璃钢管 / Gre Pipe

玻璃钢管又称玻璃纤维/复合材料管道，以玻璃纤维为基材，采用环氧树脂树脂体系。达到产品的环向和纵向的强度。产品分为通用型和导电型。

A kind of marine GRE Pipe, known as fiberglass reinforced thermoset-ting resin pipe, is based on fiberglass and adopts epoxy resin system, which achieves the annular and longitudinal strength of the product. Our GRE Pipe are classified into general types and conductive types.

• 重量轻。产品密度为1.5～2.01g/cm3，综合的重量为钢的1/3。在部分系统的应用中达到了很好的减重效果。

• 耐腐蚀。广泛的应用于船舶的压载水系统、脱硫系统。常规设计寿命为30年。

• 安装方便。产品根据设计的图纸进行工厂内的预制粘接，可以到达90%的预制率，结合其重量轻的优势，方便现场的安装工作，可以节省大量的现场安装的人工和时间。

• 产品设计压力等级分为10bar/16bar/25bar。多个压力等级满足不同的使用系统。

• 产品温度：高温到达93摄氏度。同时拥有良好的低温性能。
